Gorilla trekking can take 1-6 hours depending on gorilla family location
Weather-appropriate gear essential (rain jacket, hiking boots)
Maximum 1 hour allowed with gorilla family once located
Camera without flash permitted for gorilla photography
Physical fitness required for mountain hiking
All permits and park fees included in arrangement

Permits Only - Gorilla Trekking: One hour with mountain gorilla family once located

5:00 PM: Return to Wilderness Bisate Reserve
6:30 PM: Celebration drinks and sharing gorilla encounter stories

8:00 AM: Different ranger briefing for new gorilla family
8:30 AM: Begin trekking to different gorilla family with expert guides
10:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full day encounter with second mountain gorilla family (timing varies)
4:00 PM: Return to lodge for rest and reflection
